Mid-Hudson Subaru's version of the Night Before Christmas

'Twas the night before Christmas and under the snow,
not a bit of dry pavement could be seen below.
SUVs piled in ditches, their wheels in the air
in the hopes that a tow truck would soon be there.
My Subie it glided, my boxer engine it hummed
over ice and snow, my AWD never succumbed.
When off in the distance I saw a faint light,
something stuck in a snowdrift - it didn't look quite right.
The reindeer were all shivering and shaking in the cold,
poor Santa was trying to right the sleigh - it had rolled.
The sleigh was loaded with all wondrous gifts,
but it wasn't a Subaru and didn't do well in snow drifts.
I pulled out my tow hitch and attached the sleigh in a hurry,
I told Santa I would get him in the sky again - don't worry.
He sprang to his sleigh and to his team gave a whistle,
they were off in the sky like a surface-to-air missile!
But I heard him exclaim as he drove out of sight,
I will trade in the sleigh for a Subaru tomorrow night!
