Too often people have the tendency to jump at the gun to complain about
bad service yet they remain silent when they receive outstanding
service. I feel praise should be given for those that go above and
beyond. I just received my vehicle back after being in the service
department. Kevin Nolan was the gentleman that helped me throughout the
process. I was pleasantly surprised to see that my bill matched EXACTLY
what I was quoted when I first spoke with Kevin. Not only that, but
Kevin was extremely helpful and courteous each time we spoke. Kevin's
OUTSTANDING service makes me want to come back to Mid-Hudson Subaru
