Subaru of America announced today that Mid-Hudson Subaru, in Wappingers Falls, New York, has been recognized as a recipient of the Subaru of America 2010 Owner Loyalty Program Award. Less than 250 Subaru dealers world wide win this annual award. Mid-Hudson Subaru has won it in the past two years.
This award is provided to Subaru dealers that exhibit exceptional customer service throughout the year. Dealerships are graded on customer service in sales, service, and parts. Focusing on: initial customer handling, customer experience through sales and service processes, quality of the service received, customer follow up and problem resolution.

September not only means the arrival of the new 2011 Subarus, it also means back to school. At Mid-Hudson Subaru our youngest member headed off this week to Kindergarten and he went in style!

We are very excited to announce that Paul Sullivan has reached the level of Senior Master Technician. He joins Ron Quinn with this impressive rank. In order to achieve
this level, techs need to undergo thousands of hours of training and become certified in
8 different Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) courses.

Dog Tested Dog Approved
Subaru knows that the bond between a pet and their person is
forever. This year Subaru is working with two new stars Zelda and Olive.
These now adopted former rescue dogs are getting quite a following.
Olive was adopted from a shelter in Denver,
Colorado. She came from a litter of six adorable, mixed breed puppies.
Her favorite pastimes include sneaking into bed, growling at squirrels,
and running really fast around the dining room table. When she's not
hanging out with her family, she can be found curled up with her
favorite weasel squeaky toy or stalking the neighbor's cat, Cinnamon.
